CASA MAR y SOL HOLIDAY HOUSE IN MORAIRA

Casa Mar y Sol is a cosy, authentic holiday home, beautifully located in the greenery on a cul-de-sac in Moraira. This fine family home on the Costa Blanca is situated on a spacious plot of up to 960 m2! You can spend many hours together in the spacious outdoor kitchen (with dishwasher) right by the private pool. It is a lovely living space during the summer. Enjoy breakfast and lunch in the shade and in the evening play games at the large table. In the beautifully landscaped garden there are many fruit trees......plucking is allowed!

SET UP CASA MAR y SOL

Through the driveway with private parking (under the carport) you enter the terrace of Casa Mar y Sol. From here you enter the house via 4 steps. The spacious and cosy living room has a sitting area with smart TV (Flemish channels and NPO/NL), fireplace, book and games cupboard, desk and air conditioning. Through the large windows, overlooking the garden, terrace, and pool, this room is bathed in natural light. The round dining area overlooks the garden and pool. The spacious kitchen includes oven, fridge-freezer, hob, microwave and Senseo coffee machine. As you live outside, the owner has placed the dishwasher and washing machine in the outdoor kitchen, which is very convenient.

The hallway leads to bedroom one with a double bed, airco and ceiling fan. Bedroom two has a double bed, airco and also a ceiling fan. The bedrooms and bathroom have mosquito nets and air conditioning. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

OUTSIDE OF CASA MAR y SOL

What a lovely holiday home this is! Attached to the terrace is a spacious, covered outdoor kitchen. Overlooking the terrace, pool and the rolling hills of Moraira, this is the ideal place to spend the summer. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of open cupboards with utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. You can also cook on the barbecue.

You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and games at the large dining table for six to eight people. In addition, there are two nice sunbeds, two large garden chairs and a cosy seating area. There is also a parasol on the spacious terrace. There is an outdoor shower with sink and toilet. Moreover, the terrace leads to an enclosed garden, where you can play "petanque" or "jeu de boules". A number of fruit trees also grow in the garden; picking is allowed!

The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres. In the photos you can see sliding pieces over the pool that are meant for spring, autumn and winter, so the water stays nice and warm when the sun is on it. In summer, these open completely where it is slid to 1 side and a large part is cleared away in the garage. A small piece remains on 1 side, which doesn't bother you.

Casa Mar y Sol is the ideal holiday home to enjoy the Spanish sun and beautiful nature in peace and quiet. Quietly located, yet close to the bustling fishing village of Moraira, sunny sand and pebble beaches and azure blue sea.

Details

- In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.

- Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next

bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Deposit

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €250,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

WINTER RENTAL

Winter rental for this vacation home is not possible from November to March.

This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 24 years)

Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
